Crystal Sound, Cacao, Breath & Meditation Session - Online Ticket

For this event, Anna Robertshaw & Matt Hillier aka The Humble Bear will be collaborating, we bring you a gorgeous held space with heart opening, warming ceremony, meditation and crystal sound.

I facilitate in person, group and online events to create sacred, safe and protected space for people to experience the magic of sound medicine.

These changing times mean it's more important now than ever to maintain the connection, health and wellbeing of our physical mind & body as well as our energetic and emotional bodies too.

I have developed a unique way to prepare our physical and energetic bodies to receive the sound of the alchemical crystal bowls to raise the frequency and resonance of your bio sphere and bio field; transmuting and releasing that which no longer serves you.

My journey with yoga and meditation has provided me with experience and techniques to work the breath and the mind, resulting in stimulation and regulation by using exercises to access and expand deeper states of being and experiencing.

You will create a completely warm, safe and comfortable space for your body and I will guide you through breath work techniques, leading us into a guided meditation to ground and centre. I will then play the crystal tone bowls taking you on a journey wherever you are ready to go.

Please bring water and feel free to bring along your favourite blanket / eye mask if you have one. Wear warm, layered, comfortable clothes, socks and a yoga mat. If you have a journal bring one to take notes after your journey with the sound.
